Badger Weir Park

Just down the road is this lovely place.
This is Badger Creek

A lovely picnic and bbq ground, with lots of facilities. We saw lyrebirds scratching around us on a previous trip.
One thing we did notice was the temperature was really low compared to just up the road at our place.
So bring your coat.

  1. I hear, in the dead of night and dancing in the moonlight, there's a platypus or three who dance in Badger Creek...

  2. Oh I do hope so! But rhey should be careful or they may get trampled by a herd of feral deer.
When we get a better torch and the temperature rises a bit we shall go out at night and investigate.
Thanks for your comment, I love your blog.
